Did we mention we have lots more items of antiquity than what you see in the shop? There’s also a great collection of Chinese antiques we’re making available now. These carvings, decorative items, wooden screens, and more, have been in our collection for years, and the quality is hard to find now. We especially love the lifelike carvings which are truly dynamic and lively. They’re available for viewing, so give us a call! Check out the “Chinese Antiques” tab above for the catalogue of items.

Have you been watching Treasure Hunt on Channel News Asia? Now catch the exhibition The People’s Collection at the National Museum! They might not be priceless artefacts but these items mean more to us as Singaporeans – part of a real-life account of what life used to be in the past. We were featured in the episode focusing on the 60s’; see our vintage cash register, brass toast grille and kopitiam cup.
The exhibition runs from now till 29 April at the National Museum, Stamford Road. Here are some highlights from the launch event.
We’re honoured to be selected to feature on Channel News Asia’s Treasure Hunt programme where they feature items of historical significance to Singapore! The episode we’re in focuses on the 1960s and in it, we’ll be introducing some beautiful items from traditional kopitiam (coffeeshop) culture.
Catch the show (and us) with host Anita Kapoor at 8pm, Channel News Asia, on 26 Feb (today!)
